Pick Up and Return at Airport Post Office

ThaiSims customers could pick up their Pocket WiFi at Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK) post office. Located at 2nd floor Gate 8 (International Arrival Hall), the post office opens 24x7. Simply tell the staff your name and show your passport to pick up. The package will be registered under your name given when booking ThaiSims Mobile Router.
Donmueng airport (DMK) post office. Located at 3rd floor Terminal 2 (Domestic Departure Hall). The customers could pick up at DMK Post office from 1PM - 6PM.
Put the Pocket Wifi and accessories in the given prepaid return envelope, then drop it at the post office. Don't forget to get the receipt for your reference.
