I had the mobile router sent to the hotel that I was staying at in Chiang Mai. I was connected as soon as I checked into the hotel. Didn’t experience any dropped connection the whole time I was using it (4 days). They even provided a self addressed stamped envelope for me to return the mobile router on my last day. I just dropped off the envelope at the post office at the airport. Everything was a breeze; from booking on the website to returning the device.
