You can connect up to 8 devices to 1 Mobile Router. The 150 Mbps connection speed will be shared among each device connected, so having 8 devices connected at the same time might result in noticeable speed slowdown.

A fully charged battery could standby over 100 hours or last around 11 hours on continuous usage. The device can be charged via the USB outlet or a wall outlet (both cables included).

Inside ThaiSims 4G Mobile Router is a 4G sim card with unlimited 4G data plan.

SSID and Password are on your welcome card which you will receive with the package. (Remark: SSID is the Wifi hot spot’s name. On your phone or tablet, select the given SSID from the available Wifi list.)

You can use internet unlimitedly. However, the usage exceeds 3GB/day will trigger the speed reduction. You can check you emails, chat with friends, uploading photos normally, only video streaming might be slower.

3GB is abundant for daily use. It equals 50 hours of web browsing, 3 million messages of chatting, 450 songs of downloading, 16 hours of Facetime, 500 pictures of posting on Facebook or 10,000 emails of sending/receiving.

However, the usage exceeds 3GB/day will trigger the speed reduction. You can check you emails, chat with friends, uploading photos normally, only VDO streaming might be slower.

To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days prior to travel departure date – however, you can still place orders closer to your departure date. For last-minute order, please contact us for more details.

We accept Credit and Debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Also we also accept payments via PayPal.

We do not charge extra for using Credit card or Debit card or PayPal. The prices displayed on the calendar include taxes and transaction fees. So there is no extra charge for Credit card, Debit Card, and PayPal.

No, you do not need a PayPal account to make payment. On the payment page, you can choose to make payment with either Credit/Debit card or PayPal. To make payment with Credit or Debit card, simply put your card information as appear on the card, click here for instruction. Alternatively, if you already have PayPal account, you can log in and make payment with your PayPal account.

The price on ThaiSims website is in US Dollars ($). However, when book your 4G mobile router, you can choose to pay in either US Dollars ($) or in your local currency.

At the scheduled Pickup Date, your mobile router will be waiting for you at your preferred destination. You can choose to pickup at your hotel or at BKK Airport . Please put the rental product and all accessories in the Prepaid EMS Envelop provided in the original rental package. Then, drop it off at a post office near you or at the Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport Post Office (located on the 2nd floor of the main terminal) or DMK Airport Post Office (located on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2) before your departure. No, please drop the return package at Post Office with an agent. But don’t worry, every airport has the Post Office. So before you are leaving Thailand, simply return the package at the Airport you plan to depart. Keep the receipt and tracking number as a proof of returning in case the package is lost or delayed. Yes, $30 USD Security Deposit is required for all Mobile Router Rental. Your deposit will be refunded to your account at the end of your trip.

You will get your deposit back once we receive the returned rental product, the deposit will be refunded back to the same channel you originally made the payment to us, i.e., deposited back to your Paypal account or refunded back to your credit card via Paypal. See how to pay via Credit card.
